Cancellation Policy
As of January 1, 2023, Glow Worm Play Cafe has updated its cancellation policies.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe. Play sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled less than one hour before scheduled appointment time are not eligible for credit or any type of refund. Reservations can be managed, cancelled and rescheduled from the customer confirmation email.
Cancelled Play Sessions. In the event of a reservation cancellation, a credit will be applied to your customer account in the amount of your original purchase. The credit can be used to book a future play session. Play sessions must be cancelled at least one hour before the reservation start time in order to receive a credit. Credit will be applied to the customer account within 2 business days from the cancellation time. Customers will be notified via email once the credit has been applied to their account.
Rescheduled Play Sessions. Play sessions can be rescheduled up to one hour before the appointment start time. Customers may reschedule appointments as many times as they wish, so long as they reschedule one hour or more before the appointment start time.
No refunds. Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
