Open Art Studio does not include a play session in the Play Lounge/Play Patio. Members can use their class discount code for 15% off Open Art Studio sessions.

\We know that summer schedules are hectic, so we’ve created a drop in style session to come in at a time that works for you. No need to book online — just drop in* and create.

*Check our daily social media stories or event calendar to ensure the studio isn’t closed for private events.

How it Works

  • Book Ahead or Drop In

    Book the time slot closest to your arrival time, or drop in during studio hours and register at the cafe counter.

    The latest arrival time is 4pm for a 1 hour session. If you arrive after 4pm, the studio will still close at 4pm.

    All open art studio passes are good for 1 hour of participant-led creating, painting and crafting.

  • What's Included

    We provide the materials, you provide the imagination. It’s the process that matters, not the final outcome!

    We have an array of art, craft & maker supplies at your disposal.

    All supplies are included in your 1 hour studio session.

  • Is this a class?

    Open Art Studio is participant led, and there is no formal instructor or agenda. Inspirational projects are provided in the studio to get your creative juices flowing, but this is a space for anyone age 1 to 100 to drop in, create whatever comes to them, and have fun!

    Glow Worm staff are available to help with supplies and tidying up during studio hours.

  • What age is this best for?

    Anyone age 1 to 100 can enjoy our studio!

    Children under 5 must be supervised by a caregiver. Children age 5+ are welcome to work independently, and a caregiver must stay on site in the cafe or Play Lounge for all children under 14 years old. Sibling discount available as an add-on.

    Are you an adult or caregiver who also wants to create? No problem! Adults without kids can reserve a regular spot, and caregivers can add themselves to a child’s reservation on the booking page. If you’re using materials in the studio, we ask that you pay for a spot.

  • Is this included in memberships?

    At this time, Open Art Studio is not included in memberships, but members can use their class discount code for 15% off Open Art Studio sessions.
