We have a lot of regulars, so we make frequent updates to our indoor and outdoor play spaces to keep it fun for every family! Whether it’s your first or fortieth time visiting us, you’ll love what we’ve got going on.
Our space is great for kids 6 and younger, and some older kids still love it here too. You’re welcome to bring your big kids as long as they play nicely with younger children.

The Glow Worm Difference
Glow Worm Cafe & Play is Louisville’s favorite indoor playground for young kids, alongside a gourmet coffee shop and bakery. Our indoor Play Lounge and outdoor Play Patio are uniquely designed for the comfort & enjoyment of both kids and caregivers.
But we are more than just a play space.
Since 2021, we have been a community hub for families and neighbors, offering stress-free private parties, classes, special events & a cafe for anyone to enjoy. We also offer flexible childcare options, from seasonal camps and Part Time Pals, to Glow WorK: Co-working & Care and Parents Day Out.
If you’re coming to play, we highly recommend booking online to guarantee a spot to play, especially during inclement weather!

Our Story
Glow Worm started in 2017 as a pop-up children’s clothing boutique, and as our customer base grew, so did the need for a space for parents and young kids in our community.
